Delayed orders and damaged products

-Every piece is made and painted by hand so it is possible to differ from the picture.

-Orders will be leaving from the studio every Thursday.

( If for example you place an order Wednesday evening keep in mind that maybe I will not be able to prepare it as I am running this business alone .)

-Also you have to consider that parcels will be packed as safe as possible, but from there on I’m not responsible for any damages . I recomend to open parcels at the post office.

-Returns are not allowed.
